In the ancient sanskrit language, Anahata means heart. Open your heart and breathe into new levels of inner wisdom, intuition and bliss. Anahata Yoga uses an Interdisciplinary approach that allows the body to open by blending structural alignment and using the bodies wisdom to inquire into its own sensations.

Sharona is also certified with Chris Chavez who is one of her current teachers. She has been priviledged to work with Nico Luce, who is an amazing yogi and teacher.
